Clearhalo is an online home store selling lighting, furniture, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, wall decor and rugs. We have over 160,000 products, from chandeliers, pendants and Tiffany-style lamps to shower enclosures, vanities, dining sets and made-to-measure wall murals.

What you can count on

  • Free shipping worldwide. Every order ships free, whatever its size or destination. We deliver to every country except Iceland, Cyprus and Israel, and customs duties and import taxes are included in the price.
  • Clear delivery times. Orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days after final quality checks. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout, and you get a tracking link when your order ships. Large, heavy items such as shower enclosures and furniture can take 4-8 weeks.
  • The right voltage for your country. Lighting is supplied for 110-120V in the US and Canada and 220-240V in the UK, Europe and Australia.
  • 60-day returns. Return any unused item in its original packaging within 60 days of delivery. Customers in the EU also have a 14-day cooling-off period.
  • 2-year warranty. Every item is covered by our 2-year warranty from the day it's delivered. If something develops a fault, email us with your order number and photos and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
  • Damaged or faulty items put right. If something arrives damaged or not working, send us photos and we'll send a replacement or replacement parts.
  • Specs you can check. Every product lists its dimensions in inches and centimeters, its materials and, for lighting, the bulb type and whether bulbs are included.
  • Customisation on request. We take on customisation case by case, depending on what you need, for example the chain or cord length on lights, finish colors or table sizes. Email hello@clearhalo.com with the product and your requirements, and we'll tell you what's possible before you order.
