If any items received are damaged, not working, or not as expected you will be protected by this guarantee.
What we will need from you.
1. The Order number.
2. Proof of any damages.
3. A photo of the shipping label and original packagings;
We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information; If approved, we will arrange a replacement part or a Partial refund of the defective product.
Where do I send returns if it cant be replaced ?
For the item, which arrives damaged we would send out a replacement or replacement parts. If we cant rectify it you can then send a return, please contact our customer team before. clearhalo will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
30 days conditional return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our 30 Days Product Guarantee or the warranty of its category. We would send out a replacement or replacement parts as needed if not fixable we would then authorise a return.
The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in good condition.
Cancellation guarantee
For canceling an order or change an item which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the expected shipping date of your order has already passed and it has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and request a refund, which will automatically return to your payment account within 5 business day
Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after receiving it, you are protected by our "30 Days Return to Us" guarantee.
